Community Health Project (CHP)
We provide educational resources and training about mainstream support to better health and living so that BAME groups become well informed of actions to address social and circumstantial factors that limits their health.
Action for Community Developments health projects does not substitute expert advice. We simply complement it by working through a number of formal partnership structures.
We run a number of workshops that support people to lead healthier lives. Our aim is to provide culturally sensitive and accessible preventative clinical health information and services to the Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME).
These workshops include:
Healthy Eating
Healthy Heart
Glaucoma Awareness
Diabetes Awareness
Mental Health Well Being
HIV&Aids Prevention |
