This training will support staff and volunteers who are responsible for understanding and meeting customers' needs. Customer Care can be rewarding and is often demanding and takes considerable skill and patience to get right. This course will be an opportunity to review and build on existing skills, exchange experiences and ideas of best practice and experiment with new tools and techniques designed to enhance the ability to handle customers with care and respect.
