      Community Legal Centre (CLC) Referral Form

      Please answer the following questions so we can advise you on what service(s) we are able to offer you.
      If you are looking for support for someone else, please answer these questions on their behalf.


      Our Services

      Based on the borough that you live in, we can offer you the following services. Please select which service you would like to access. If you are not sure or have any problems completing this form, please call our office on 020 8692 2277

      All our services are free of charge.

      Immigration Advice
      We can support people with things like further leave to remain applications, applications for recourse to public funds/change of conditions and can offer basic asylum advice. We offer immigration advice up to OISC Level 3.

      Counselling (Women)
      We offer 1-1 counselling to destitute/low income women with a refugee, asylum seeker or migrant background who have experienced trauma due to gender-based violence (e.g. domestic violence, FGM, rape, trafficking, prostitution, domestic slavery, forced marriage). Only referrals that fit these 3 criteria will be accepted. (This service is currently available for English speaking clients only).

      Access to Healthcare
      We support people to access information about what medical services they can use, how to get these, and what to expect. This can include: registering with a GP, appointments and NHS debt/charging.

      Women's Group
      We offer a safe and supportive space for women who experienced any form of gender-based violence (e.g. domestic violence, FGM, rape, witchcraft, trafficking, prostitution, domestic slavery, forced marriage) to meet including confidence and skills building workshops. (This service is currently available for English speaking clients only).

      Food Parcels
      We offer food parcels for destitute individuals and families.

      Migrant Hub
      Through CLC we can offer:

      • Housing advice

      • Support for destitute families with children

      • Support for survivors of domestic violence

      • Support for survivors of sexual violence

      To access these services come to our drop-in service at Community Legal Centre - 9 Deptford Church Street, Deptford Bridge London - SE8 5DD. The service is first come first serve.

      We have a limited number of SIM cards with data that we can provide to clients who are destitute.
